I-485 Adjustment of Status // School Eligibility?

I was given different immigration options by an immigration lawyer today (Canada to US immigration). One option was to file the I-130 for both myself and my 15 yr old daughter and then file I-129F and wait for an interview in Montreal. The other was to file the I-130's then enter the US and file an I-485 adjustment of status. I would be eligible for an EAD (to work legally) and would get a green card in approx 1 yr. What about the 15 yr old? Would she be eligible for an EAD for a part time job and to attend school? Thanks for any info :) I know it's more expensive to file the I-485's, but our family (total 4 kids and 2 parents) would be together sooner. We have been married for 10 yrs.
