Just go apply you never know. Also remember most places do not include cable or internet into your costs and they only have a small amount (like $30) for a phone that you can claim. But a lot of places also let you claim what you buy in toilet paper etc... and also car insurance can usually be applied to it. Just keep copies of all your bills and paycheck stubs and go see what happens.
