How do i get my body like herss...? a pic included?

She has a team of professionals to help her look like that. A nutritionist so she knows exactly how much to eat, and personal trainers to give her the right amount of toning. In my opinion she has skinny but slightly toned arms, and very toned legs. She's thin but not too thin. I'm not sure your weight, but aim for a BMI around 19 and go to the gym. Do lots of cardio and leg exercise, core workouts, and a little arm lifting. Good luck.
