What is your opinion of the Looters who are stealing from the Victorian Fire Victim's rubble...?

I don't believe in capital punishment as a rule, but in this case I'd make an exception and burn the s alive. Can you imagine the mentality of the human detritus that could do such a thing? I agree with you, they are almost on a par with the b@stards who lit some of the fires in the first place.
