National team question?

how do you feel about players they arent a nationality and play for a team ? like deco and pepe are brazilian but play for portugal,and amauri who maybe gonna play for italy and he is brazilian.I think FIFA in the future should not allow that if your not born ina country or at least parents are from there you shouldnt play for that nation rite ?
