Have you ever had shingles?

I was 13 and they where in line kinda across my chest , It took weeks for them to go away.They were one of the most painful things Ive ever had.Its similar to Chicken pox and very contagious until the rash starts drying up. Don't share towels or pillows in your case with anyone, Make sure you are careful around your eyes. I have herd that Valtrex helps the healing along.You have my heartfelt sympathy and prayers
