What will cause the higher death toll due to global warming?

Well, both i guess, global warming causing temperature rise which lead to change in weather patterns, changes in growth patterns for both plants and animals etc. This factors cause increase diseases as well as human resilience to new diseases. So yeah, globle warming has both direct and indirect cause of death.
