What is the cause of my chest pain?

okay so im 19 and not over weight at all and pretty fit...well heres the catch i have asthma and allergies. it started about 2 days ago and it feels like my heart is pounding hard and fast and its not constant but it happens often mostly at night when i try to sleep and i feel it on my right upper chest right below my right pec. I used to smoke but quit like 6 months ago and didnt smoke to long so i dont think thats it. my parents painted the bathroom it seems like the day it started and i shower everyday and it was a 2 day project..i made a physical for next week should i be worried about the rest of this week?..
