Should religious people be held accountable for their unethical tactics and practices?

The relentless proselytizing, the lying, the sabotaging of education systems, the violence, the wars, the acts of terror, the hindrance of technological advancement, the racism, the ism, the child abuse, the profiteering etc, this is the legacy of religious people; this is what they give to humanity. Should all religious people be held accountable for the crimes against humanity carried out in the name of religion?
