Has anybody ever heard.....?

Has anybody ever heard of a book called Midnight? My best friend said it's a really good book, and that it's way better than Twilight, The vampire diares, House of night, the vampire Academy and the Evermore. The book had just came out about a year ago and it's already being made into a movie. So, I just wanted to read the book first before I went to go to see the movie. My friend also said that the book has really hot guys in it! She also said it had Werewolves, Vampires, Witches, Ghosts, Half - blood and this girl who is a vampire slayer! So, far it sounds good to me, but I want to hear somebody else opinion.
