What are the regulations for flying un-manned high altitude ballons in canada?

Yea I want to make one of those high altitude balloons but I live in Canada. What regulations should I use? FAA is only for America as far as i know and I couldn't find any information on high altitude balloon regulations in Canada. If Canada doesn't have any rules then what should I do?
