Can we party in an abandoned house?

me and my friends found an abandond house in our village. It has been empty for nearly 9 Years. No for sale sign near the house. some windows have been broken. we wanted to know if it would be legal to have a party there. we will all be 17. there wouldnt be any drugs, maybe some beer. we wanted to know if we could have a party there. maybe under squatters rights?
