Any chance at uconn or fordham?

i did horrible freshmen year and got a 2.0...then sophmore year i did a little better and got a 2.82...then junior year i got an overall of 3.6...my extra c's are key club, xcountry, volleyball, and employer at vineyard vines. if i do good on the sat's do you think i can get into uconn or fordham? thank you guys.
