My 2004 RX8 won't turn over, no fuses/relays blown. Help?

2004 RX8 won't turn over or start after i disconnected the battery cable (negative only) for about an hour. Put it back on the battery and it won't even turn over now, it was running fine before. Checked fuses/relays, all in tact. Also even disengaged the clutch safety switch, and it still wouldn't turn over. Anyone know how to fix this problem?
