I forgot my pword and my account information is not matching up with my profile?

I forgot my pword for my yahoo ID. I clicked on forgot my pword and it asked for my birthday, country of residence, and zipcode, but when I type in my information it says it doesn't match with the info. on my profile. What do I do?
