Implantation bleeding q's?

i was 2 weeks and 5 days delayed on my period. but i got my period 3 days ago.. im just confused.. i have light bleedin i consume a pad a day(full) i have mild cramps and mild sore . my are not that dark.. im noy having any nausea. but im still afraid beacause this might only an implantation bleeding not a usual period.. though i have 3 preg. test all was negative.. can somebody give me an answer? thanks!
